Had a ring of thieves break into a house and use it to store the stolen property. 

When stock market goes down it makes my phone ring more from potential clients who can no longer stomach the ups and downs of the stock market.

However the problem I'm having is that every time i start to get into a grove for the day, the phone decides to non-stop ring. with problems ranging from backed up toilet, to my light bulb in my bathroom is out. 

I connected with a Real Estate attorney, had him write me up a contract, posted on facebook & craigslist and the phone would not stop ringing.

But if i am looking a property for a housing track they will give me for free a developers package which is a huge 3 ring binder with all sorts of data  from demographics utlities zoning and if I request a full title search.. this all for free.. with the expectation if i buy that development they are going to get 10 to 50 million in title policies.. from my retail buyers.  

When I tried to extract it, all I got was a ring of plastic from the top as the rest fell inside!

I've been running numbers here in our city and what you're saying rings true even though I don't want to believe it.
