I 'd love to refinance the property so I can remove the MIP and hopefully get the HELOC loan so I can repeat.Does anyone know any lenders here in Union or Elizabeth NJ that would be able to help me refinance?

What is the cap rate for an older built about 80 years old building in downtown Seattle area, specifically Belltown/Queen Area area?  

If the property is in queens be sure to check with the zoning board about living the basement, even if it's the owner.
