This will result in inspection results that more accurately indicate property conditions and promote better living conditions for residents.

My assumptions may be off  especially if you get the loan at a reduced rate, but it seems like you would need to get it close to the price you are indicating.

Will be good for real estate but might indicate the economy is weaker than we had thought.

It's not clear how they manage the passive investors, but if this is an indication of how they treat people, I would never give them my money.  

If the distributions do not start when they were projected, that is an early indicator that things may not be going well.  

Based on recent data, there are specific zip codes in Philadelphia with lower Days on Market (DOM), indicating strong rental demand and a quicker turnaround in finding tenants.

Make this your measurable goal that you track with your daily activity each day .. aka Key Performance indicators or KPIs.
