I hear good things about the Lebanon rental market.  

Fox Chapel Area High School, and Mount Lebanon Senior High School are more centrally located than the others, but still part of the north and south blocks, respectively.REALITY 3: The very worst public high schools in Allegheny County are concentrated in the center of the city, in urban residential settings.

The vast majority of rental properties in major cities in NH (Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Rochester, Lebanon, Keene, etc.) are built pre-1978 and in many cases, pre-1920.

Hi to all, Hoping to get some help.I found a fully occupied 14 unit building in Lebanon Indiana, I already  have a contract and initially was going buy it cash but a few things are not moving quick and the rest of the money is not going be available until 2 months or so.

If you are looking for good buy and holds in that price range I would start in Donelson and work your way out toward Mount Jouliet and Lebanon.  

My primary goal is to diversify my investment portfolio, while continuing to work my day job as a software engineer.I'm currently focused on a few PA markets such as Lebanon, Lancaster, and Pittsburgh, where the numbers look more favorable and where I grew up and went to school.
