Funding for 14 unit apartment building

Hi to all, Hoping to get some help.

I found a fully occupied 14 unit building in Lebanon Indiana, I already  have a contract and initially was going buy it cash but a few things are not moving quick and the rest of the money is not going be available until 2 months or so. The purchase price is $255,000 and I have $100,000 to put down. 

I'm hoping to get some referrals for banks that will fund this deal for me to hold, thanks in advance.
