Israel, my two cents is that the first year or two has such a steep learning curve, and so many mistakes to make (and learn from), that I would really try to buy locally so that you have a little more control.

Hello Everyone,I am an Investor from Israel, flipped few houses here in my country.Lately I started looking on Philladelphia Market, but the Market is very hot, its almost impossible to fined a good deal over there. so I am thinking of moving to Memphis (look a little bit cooler, and the median price for a house is lawer).If there are any Investors here working there, I would like to get your opinion.

I leave in Israel and been in Atlanta only once.
