It has a great user interface and easy to understand.  

With a very use-friendly interface and most all aspects of management covered, it is a great tool for any level of manager.It is really a one stop shop for all things management.

If there's a problem, I want help now and don't want to deal with voice menu hell.Cons:The set-up interface could be better designed, but if you or your tenant has any questions, again, great customer service is available.Processing time is several days, and over a holiday weekend like this one, it can be 5 days before the money is available in my bank account.

Everything it does I was able to replicate in Access, minus the fancy internet interface (especially since my tenants pay cash/mail money orders).

Looks like Google Maps with an interface that is crappy at best . . . you can get the same at Maps.Google.com, and when I type an address at a normal speed, it works.

I really like the interface and it auto loads my accounts and shows progression graphs.

The Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) query system provides a good graph-based user interface for viewing and understanding the data.

Some beachy things due to being on the lake.All our TV's are TCL's with the Roku interface.

Now their Venmo interface shows the money being sent to me, and my interface shows the money not being received by me. 

They should all have similar data and it comes down to your preference for the interface.
