I will move forward with my journey and just follow the positive people in this group that is amazing.I get the Ra RA Ra stuff.. just sometimes reality comes into play.. and its sad to see people run down these rabbit holes.. when those with decades of experience in the industry know better.. just trying to give both sides..   

A young population plus a growing industry makes for good long term investments, but unless you are really scaling the cashflow can be hit or miss. 

@Chris Morris have ALWAYS seen bad "deals" from rookie wholesalers that really don't understand what they are doing to provide value to the industry.It's getting worse because the real estate market has recovered from the 2010 Crash, yet many are still using tactics & methods developed during this time.Everyone in the industry needs to go back and look at what was being done BEFORE 2010 and start using those methods, updating them with current technology.

I am looking to get into doing fix & flips. I currently have 3 rental properties and now want to move on into fix and flip. I have 3 associates / relatives that would be doing my renovations, as I would be finding...

But I know what kind of money is made in that business being a back end vendor and personal friends with  Nick and others in the industry I have also been to 2 of the different fulfillment companies in Utah These guys make so much money I know you probably dont beleive it..

I have some experience in commercial and industrial real estate.

Noone bring me any REALLY good deals for the next 1-15 days, or I am subject to counter claims...Real estate industry.... get your act together.

This is usually due to a credit score below the industry desirable score of 680 for a Commercial Loan.
