Thats a big demographic.Maybe decades from now if the maglev train which Hogan approved a study for is operational combined with uber/ lyft which will at that time be autonomous it will be possible to commute from Baltimore to DC in 45 minutes for 15 dollars or less and real estate will appreciate like crazy up there but it will rake some major changes.
