Big drivers are the hospital/healthcare presence between Sentara, Eastern Va Medical School, and the children's hospital, also easy commuting to downtown Norfolk for banking and legal, AND you're a stones throw away from the largest college in the area, Old Dominion University.

Luckily we have free healthcare.

I'm in healthcare administration and I'm also adjunct faculty at a medical school. 

The state is in a recession right now (though the medical/healthcare industry which you are in is doing great) so that means job loss and population decline.

I just don't see a 10%+ reduction in overall prices in Nashville in the near future, short of skyrocketing interest rates or the complete nationalization of health care. 

Not many break, the way we install tile floors.The main benefit of tile for us that Pittsburgh's largest industry is currently health care.

I need someone skilled in understanding property investment as well as properly filing taxes for a small healthcare business. 

Like Tom Hanks found out in "Castaway", 1) make the time to go to the dentist when something first starts to hurt and 2) yes, you can do your own dentistry work but its gonna hurt.
