Some other reasons properties may not sell so fast.... sink holes, foundation issues, need for all new plumbing, need for all new electrical, ghosts, history of a murder on property, bio-hazards, methamphetamine cooking, occupied by squatters or professional tenants, neighborhood violence, noise (airport, railroad, highway), smell (animal farms, slaughter houses, industrial plants), natural disaster danger (flood, landslide, tornado, hurricane, earthquake, volcano), finicky seller.Have you been to the neighborhood at all times of the day?

All you can do is repair the existing billboard (even if an earthquake knocks it down you are not allowed to put it back, Welcome to CA lol).The reason this adverse clause for the owners of the building is in there is to protect the Billboard company from losing their investment to another company after a couple of years.

My dad invest in Haiti , well he lives there.but its for well soem countries it is best you have visited there or know people and how to cut red tape like paying people extra money to get on their feet to speed up the process Effeective search on if land is not on somone name etc...Do you plan on retiring at least part time or down the road to the country you will invest in?
