Unlike some buyers, I ALWAYS go look at the properties before the sale and discovered that the vacant lot had an active railroad track on it and therefore was unbuildable, and would remain unbuildable until the railroad removed their track

I went ahead and downloaded GoodEgg's track record to see how they do it, and let's just say it would be easy to assume they had more control than they did on a lot of the deals.All told, if the company website, and the People that work there according to LinkedIn, are not showing any operational roles, they are likely a capital raiser.
