It’s normal to feel a mix of excitement and nerves.

I’ve done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I’m not doing enough.

I feel like there's still people trying to make BRRRR deals work close to the city and the truth is it's nearly impossible given prices, rates, and the cost of construction.

It will also bring a lot of high paying jobs to the community.
