I understand that a GC is suppose to have subs, but this was work I had contracted with HIM, it was not electrical or foundation work that needed to be subbed it was to him and I was under the impression he was the one working.

Is there an energy company (electrical and Gas) that will do roll overs?

None of this is worth an ounce of energy or thought.

It's not realistic in most cases because warehouses are built as that, which means they run much less electric and plumbing.

For me they've been a great source of ideas, resources, energy, and comradery.
