LOL Josh, what happen to you tan?

I went ahead and set mine up from the get go because money wasn’t an issue for me.

Hi Chris,I use a nice neutral beige on all the walls (Softer Tan from Sherwin Williams) with bright white trim.

Tenants only share in this favorable treatment indirectly and thus it isn’t an easy thing to measure in the presence of a competitive market.

It's in pretty good condition, but it's a brick house and the brick is a bland, boring tan color all the way around.....

If one person decides to put a tan roof on instead of a black one, or paint their front door purple, instead of beige, how do you think that will change the image of the subdivision?

The “keep your powder dry†versus “keep your money working†decision isn’t an easy one to balance as your portfolio grows IMO.

I've seen some done very nicely.I would fix the flooring at less than 20% damage.Have you considered a light tan or beige base paint on the house with black trim?
