I know in my tiny village three business owners recently received grants $100K (think they match) for outsideimprovements (windows, parking, roofing, patio)  Must be nice; that's what I want! 

There are many mentorship programs available ofc and Open Spaces was simply a great match for me.

When the tenant moves out and they or you need to repair the walls it will be a nightmare trying to color match everything.

Does financing period match the investment period?

Starting forecasts and ending numbers often times to not match exactly and sometimes at all.
