I will concur with negative comments above.

Hi Everyone, I just found out about Prime Corporate Services (PCS) and had a phone call with them recently where they give their presentation.

We have no regrets, other than possibly selling earlier than at present. 

It's all about how we structure and present the experience you do have.

There are also great CPAs that have commented on this thread.

Now I have read some of the well off say in so many comments..

An agent with market knowledge and deal flow that could present us with off and on market properties that match our strategy will be needed.

The FHA rules/regs (in particular the FHA self-sufficiency test) are applied the same across all markets, and I know for a fact that in rural communities across the country, and big cities that are not particularly desirable places to live, it's not a deal-breaker, I am not commenting on those areas. 

You' just make negative comments in hopes of someone using YOUR services.
