Then you can read a more in-depth book like The Book On Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner or The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss.2.

Later I might read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, but I need to be wary of succumbing to analysis paralysis.Any advice/comments regarding my focus on condos would be greatly appreciated.Thanks much,Daniel

More of a re-set that seeing the numbers (prices) at which my comp set actually books- leads to.

@Joseph BinkowskiDon’t forget that you can now be qualified as an accredited investor by passing the series 65 exam without any income or net worth requirements.It will cost you around $200 to $300 and will be valid for 2 years (unless you can park your license with a financial advisor firm, then it will last as long as you maintain it).It is not a difficult exam and you should be able to pass it with around 40 hours of self study with a good prep book or website.

I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.

I bought the book also & the link leading me to Biggerpockets does not work either & gives me the same error!

Personally, I airbnb half of my house, individual rooms, and stay nearly 100% booked.

my last post on this subject.I ran into a small company  6 folks involved  boy friend girl friends  they read rich dad book then went to a guru presentation and learned about wrapping notes which of course is the bizz model your talking about.
