I couldn't find a turnkey provider and team that I felt I could confidently rely on to scale and help me secure the 5-7 properties I knew I needed to complete my 1031 Exchange, so I started focusing more on Kansas City after coming across lots of recommendations from different folks on Bigger Pockets and other real estate bloggers who had great experiences with Bridge and USREEB.- Working full-time at a pretty demanding job, living out-of-state from the investments, and with our first baby on the way in November, I need the support of a really trustworthy provider to handle the day-to-day.How did you choose that specific neighborhood?

Have many of you run into 'blogger trolls'? 

However as I signed up and did some research on their site and with google as they had some positive reviews by some bloggers .

Take note of the bloggers and posters that you are drawn to and then follow them (click their name to go to their profile).  

I'm not a fan of the spammy bloggers, but the people who contribute quality content are great in my book!

@Michael SwanBe careful,my friend.No matter how deep your pocket is,the Midwest will screw you.It may be way more painful on the monster bigger deals actually in my opinion.If you have tens of millions into an apartment deal gone wrong in Cleveland,it hurts in 10 million more ways.Going big does not eliminate risk.It amplifies it.And a deep pocket can be wiped out by a big deal gone  wrong as easily as a newbie could get wiped out on a smaller deal gone wrong.I’m with @Jay Hinrichs 💯 %I do now understand why my favorite BP blogger (wink wink) packed up from Lima OH to relocate his investing to Arizona.

I know PM eats into returns, but I've seen several posters/bloggers/article writers who have made this model work.
