The best areas to consider include East Point, West End, Kirkwood, Decatur (outside city limits), and Marietta, each offering a balance of affordability, appreciation, and rental demand.

I think that areas on the outskirts of desirable cities where many people are moving (ie: Charleston) have great long term potential, as eventually people start to rent right outside the downtown area when prices rise. 

The reason the ratio changes as the rent rate drops is I am holding my taxes and insurance constant in this model (comparing houses within the same city).

Hi, I just filed my first eviction in Union City NJ for a tenant who stopped paying rent.

We actually have a project wrapping up in mid city right now.  

As of now , they have the land , the permits and city approval to build the houses.

As for the area I am thinking of doing my area of San Antonio and nearby cities.

Gwinnett is not City of Atlanta in terms of permit issues but let me check with my contacts to confirm length of time for permits typically.
