There was an article published in Sept 2024 that showed the average consumer would save over $10,000 by working with a broker vs a direct lender over the life of their loan.

To put a more tangible number on it so you can think about what that really means for someone like you, CoreLogic shows the average homeowner has $311,000 worth of equity built up.

Any healthy adult with an average IQ is capable of paying off $10,000 in debt and saving at least $30,000 in two years.

And some markets are going to be a lot more popular for the average BP member ( which to me is heavily slanted to starting out) At least from the post we see.  

The next part that I learned, and this an IRS rule, is that you can only have an average balance of $50K out per calendar year. 

Duplexes are cheaper to rent and expenses are becoming difficult for the average tenant.

I’ve noticed that most of the listings on that site in SF have average at best pics which i was shocked by (I’m sure this is not your wife).

If the higher end rent prices on comparable units take an extra month to fill the vacancy and also the tenant stays 1-2 years instead of 3-4 years on average those landlord make LESS income charging that rental price ESPECIALLY if they pay a PM a placement fee upon turnover on top.

I pay 8% in Vegas where my average rent is $2,000-2,2000.
