We have done well with showmojo integration into things, and I have been testing and refining automated e-mail/text in concert to tenant inquiries, kind of tying the various systems use and user instructions together via that automated conversational part. 

The only thing I would change is adding to their showing feature an automated lockbox.

I'd say that the closest thing to this we used was an automated system that allowed inbound callers to choose to be on our DNC list, or to be connected with one of us.

Also my PM handles this (not sure how automated) so it is easy from my perspective.

We also have lynx automation and can see battery life on our app for each property.

I like Hospitable, but the ability to automate this one thing might be worth a switch if someone else offers it.

I think a lot of people see the short term rental business as sexy, but the amount of work it takes quite extreme until you’re able to automate  Your business with scale.
