I've done a lot of DTS marketing and found that almost all my leads were either tire kickers or if they actually wanted to sell, the property had so many entanglements (multiple family members involved, tons of debt on it, municipal liens, etc.) it wouldn't even be worth it.

I am not a member in any "gurus" programs nor am I foolish enough to believe that the whole picture is provided by these gurus.

I'm also a member of his site which has a ton of great resources, and have a very knowledgable mentor that was assigned to me and my business partner.

We've already seen several of our Academy members accomplish their investing goals prior to even completing the course.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.
