Thanks, Dan Dietz The price of a definitive answer here would be to submit all paperwork and a full app to an investor friendly lender and pre-flight it, since three different underwriters will give you five different answers on how the guidelines are to be interpreted.

There are some local parks that are nice, there are flight tours at the airport a minute away, shopping, great foodie area if you are willing to drive out ten minutes, twenty minute drive to SeaTac Airport.
