Where we have our Hanger   ( its a condo and we own it) paid just under 300k for it.and other than 2 airplanes we also have campers and all sorts of other stuff that you collect over the yearsMy neighboring hangers have offices and apartments in them.. along with some that have doubles  ( ours is 60X50   and those are big boys with big toys.. a Jet another fun plane the million dollar motor home and one of our neighbors just has custom car collection.... 

You have to have a laser like mission on what you want to do and accomplish with your business. 

They may have plenty of dings from brooms, mops, toys, etc, but they generally aren't wobbly or warped.  

The 2 times I went in there since initially finding the cat, they removed every trace of it - no food, litter box, toys, nothing.

Probably not.Would I like to have the time or even the option of pursuing that if I want to? Yes

The toys lose their charm. 

If the only motivatation is dependent on a feeling of guilt, all children would put away their toys and clean their rooms and all trashy neighbors would clean up their yards. 

It will only be vacant seven days before it closes so we will not lose much there.I buy houses with broken foundations, that is one thing my father taught me to fix and I have all the tools to jack homes up and the lasers to level them.
