For me investing has always been a team sport.We actually have a local Women's investor group that one of my friends started.You could possibly start one in your area.We did a podcast with one woman who struggled to get that first deal done but finished it no matter what. 

Something that was really impactful was, I think in the womens panel, they had everyone raise their hand who was looking for private money, then everyone with private money raise your hand, then they had us talk to each other lol.

Issues like Title IX, which requires fair money spent on both men and women's sports, makes it worse.

They have specific needs such as washer/dryer in unit and are concerned about a safe area as most are women traveling alone in a new area.

If not, we'll I guess that's not something that's even an issue :)Just remember, women in your generation are waay different than the millenial instagram of today's.

I guarantee there were economists and logistical experts sounding the alarms saying you can't stop the flow of good's and empower demand at same time, it will be disaster.

Although recently I have seen a variation on that: "You only hate us because we're trying to empower the next generation of 'investors' and you hate losing the advantage of having all the money!"

The state has loans for women (minority) and beginning farmers as I have read.
