A savvy bookkeeper and CPA are worth their weight in gold.

That sure seems like a lot of round-about and bookkeeping and just general complexity for what for most folks would be a simple transaction.

@Cory Iannacone Most CPAs will prefer QBO because we can access your files online in order to make changes, help with bookkeeping, etc. 

I recently converted to Quickbooks Online for 2 main reasons: 1) peace of mind in case my computer decides to crash 2) may eventually hire a virtual bookkeeper so thought online would be easier.  

I want a comprehensive package that handles tenant marketing, screening/background/credit, rent collection, maintenance, and book-keeping, if possible.

I don't see any particular benefit, only more complicated bookkeeping.

My bookkeeper has to use QuickBooks to fully track the books and when we move to Rent Manager, she will do all the accounting in Rent Manager.Rent Manager has a mobile app my maintenance guys can use to capture photos for work on units.We have about 300 units.
