they are licensed by the agency that sends them. so you don't need to do a background check.They aren't on the lease, they can't be added to the lease, and best you could expect to do is charge more for utilities.

Whoever, title will show the ownership of the property and all liens on the home.You would have to chat with a title officer in your state or the state that the home is in to see how you can be added to title.
