The freedom aspect of what real estate investing can provide is definitely what drew me in, and I'm always amazed at just how many different ways there are to be successful in this industry.

@Drew Sygit yes, that's exactly my thought but I was not sure if it was best to present this to a general contractor or for instance to get a quote from different professionals(HVAC professional, electrician, etc) depending on what some of the bigger issues the inspection report has.
