I believe there are a lot of us and I've witnessed it first hand who are letting deals slip through their hands due to improper pricing of their deals.Nice work my friend, paying attention to the details is what makes us money!

I have spent my life under the rule of the "Poor Dad" mentality, always bearing witness to the financial struggles of my family and watching my parent's marriage get torn apart. 

For 47 years I witnessed people leave the city limits. 

Two other things, in my jurisdiction the judge has to be addressed as 'your honour' and if you get to witness earlier hearings on the docket (highly recommended to get a better sense of what is going on) you will find that the lawyers use this form of address every other sentence, or so it seems.
