One of my biggest ambitions is to transition from being solely an agent to flipping houses.

Also the surface it not completely smooth and you get water beading on the flat surfaces.

I would like to be able to transition from a full time job as a marketer to real estate.

Offering to help them find somewhere else (if you used an agent they may be able to offer advice) may also go a long way in making the transition a bit easier.

The title company plays a huge role in the structure of the deal and how smooth the deal goes.
