I love traveling, wine tasting, and exploring new restaurants.

Not crazy about their coffee, but I do not recall a cup-o-joe being $5 ... must be one of those "fancy" coffees ... the kind with so much crap err... stuff in them they no longer taste like coffee.

It can be down with a low down payment, will give you a taste of how investing really is, in my opinion it's the perfect first investment.

I want to be very careful to not over spend and not select things for my own taste and style.

Las Vegas, like any other metropolitan area, have a wide variety of neighbourhoods and prices (Yes, there are still bunch of $20K SFRs there but whether or not it worth buying is a matter of taste and investment niche.

They pay may not be grand but the person would get a taste of remodels, additions, permit process, etc. 

I may be new to all this, but I don't want to start something with a bad taste in my mouth.

However, what's leaving a bad taste in my mouth is that the mentor presenting, Dave Fisher, concludes each story/ lesson/ example with "and we have a program that can help you with that" or "we have a service that you can access with our program".

Simply too much uncertainity for my taste.
