That absence of service is more than enough incentive to get past due bills paid to restore service, especially if it's water.

I restore and renovate homes accordingly to their design and era.

Any modifications requested due to disability are their responsibility to pay for, AND to restore to prior condition upon vacating.

I would ask you to sign a new lease through December 31 2020, stipulating the deposit will be restored to $1485, to offer you this option.

With all the hurricane mess happening down there, prices could go down and once restoration efforts can happen, go down fix up the property and then hold on to it as a rental.
