I have always had the dream of owning multiple residential and commercial properties but life has been pushing me away from my dream, it is time to push back, I believe joining this community is my first step of resistance.

I resisted and so when the bust came did not lose my shirt.Just my thoughts and strategies for the next 5 years. 

My solution is to install the Allure resistance vinyl planks.  

I always wanted to do this, but when my mom was still alive, there are a lot resistance.

It is also steel based framing, so no wood and better fire resistance. 

Anyone that NEEDS to sell their house (but doesn't really want to.. forclosures, taxliens probate etc. etc.) do what ever it takes to KEEP their house and will always offer resistance.
