The biggest problem I have is ants frying the pressure switches, which seem to happen nights and weekends - they are inexpensive ($15 - 20), and labor to replace is a service call fee.

Glad I did the inspection despite it being uncomfortable, because I found a few other issues that need to be addressed. dishrag and plastic straws in garbage disposal and continuing to unplug the sump pump despite being told not to.

I go over and find that the wife has hooked the disposal up, then shoved plastic bags in the washer drain and the disposal was pushing the water out the roof vent!
