I live in nh, i have a score above 700 with 100% on time payment and 11 years old credit.

MLS PIN shows some listings in VT, NH and FL and has a link giving access to RI.I have heard of agents in other parts of the country having to belong to multiple MLSs.  

Am purchasing a single family home in NH.

I have a few friends that have gone over the boarded in NH and CT but not the traditional out of state in the sense of going to Indiana or Ohio or somewhere in the Midwest where traditional investors go to find higher cash flowing properties.

Also, my location is northeast of Springfield, Ma...on the NH border.

Like will it not happen if I post the same ad in a different area (MA has a few other Craigslists that are not just subsections of the Boston, and there is the NH one that is a target for me too)?

I am in a similar situation with a 3 unit in Manchester, NH.
