You're more likely to pressure an agent that we call "Part-Time Patty" into giving away her income, but you'll get what you pay for.Patty (not a real person) has blond hair, blue eyes, 2 1/2 kids and a puppy. 

She'll have gray hair.

In those buildings we placed tenants such as the Federal Government Agencies, State Government Agencies, Indian tribes, small businesses, unions, doctors, dentists, stores, hair salons, etc.

Once you've done the reasearch, presented and had shot down several deals by us "gray hairs" and have truly stumbled onto a "unpolished diamond" you'll know it.At that point you'll have the money, the skills and the aptitude to "walk the talk".

They want transactions with the least amount of "hair" on the deals as possible.

Another issue will be showing that your contract is in compliance with new laws according to when it was made, if it is not in compliance then it may not be marketable at all or may require a shaving, not just a hair cut.

In total, we spent less than $5,000 on the rehab which is probably why our CPA regards expensing vs. capitalization as splitting hairs.

While I have never worked with Bill Hair, I can tell you he is the most respected man in business/real estate litigation in the county.
