I partnered / collaborated / engaged / teamed /socialized / discussed / vetted /group thought, etc. in corporate world for 35 years. 

So, the question is what is the most tactical approach towards homeowners about a collaboration and future sale?

We have a GA group that is over 50 strong and we collaborate,  partner,  we have confidence in each other and know where everyone is at because we've all had the same training and mentoring  Our PML group is pretty exclusive; I only lend to others in the WREIN network. 

Virtual meetup or in person sounds great to collaborate

I felt that having additional physicians to collaborate would really pay dividends in the future...more on this later.

This community is great because its a collaborative educated grp. 

When they're interested in a house, we collaborate on researching it, and I tour the house to take photos and videos that I put in an online album for them. 

Hopefully we can share, collaborate, and motivate each other to build a stronger future.
