If these things are costing you money and are options for you; Get rid of your cable tv, get on a cheap cell phone plan (total wireless), get rid of payments or leasing a vehicle and buy a beater. 

He also says that you must have a landline phone # associated with your business entity as your cell phone # won't help you borrow much money.

I actually tracked down one of his testimonials up in Indiana and somehow managed to ge tthis guys cell phone number and called him up out of the blue one day.I asked him if he did Kimbles program, and he said yes, and that he had done a few deals since then.

The fact that employers require you to check your cell phone at all times, and vacation is considered a quaint relic of the past.

I assume chance of finding one on the internet is really small, so don't bother, too much competition.And by the way - do you use your private number for property business, or have another cell phone only for that reason?
