We need to get that updated, just haven't gotten around to it. 

I just checked my BiggerPockets profile to update the number of properties we own (just closed on #27 last Friday) and see that all my information has been blown away, there is nothing there!

In that case, that wouldn't be an option to renew and I would present them with two options: 1) extend the current lease with updated market rate rent and new term (a true renewal option), or 2) you give them a new lease with terms you want, again with market rent.

Be sure to contact the CAD and have them update the mailing address once you have made a choice.

Property purchase price was $305,000 it needed about $10k in updates and we were able to get the sellers to pay $6k in closing costs.
