1i pass by this destroyed property few days ago, i went on a property shark and got owners names, but when i looked for their information i cant really find anything.. it says it was some court order, not sure where to look for it, Any ideas appreciated . thank you!

that would be usury in Oregon.. careful to check Oregon law before you launch into this one.. loans under 50k are highly regulated has to do with loan sharking..  

I may be with my 11 year-old son, he loves the Shark Tank show and that's the theme of Thursday's meeting.
