What is the best PM software that has an owner portal that allows owners to see a real time dashboard of bookings and revenues?

Lately, they've been using online submission portals at the buyer agent's expense. 

I want to be able to have my application, tenant screening, lease signing, maintenance requests, and rent payments on one platform with a client portal. 

My main desires for this would be payment portal, maintenance requests/tracking/communication, lease sending/submission/approval, prefer push notifications but at minimum text communication for payment reminders, maintenance info, and announcements.

Having all of the tenants paying and submitting maintenance requests via a property management portal, and then setting up a commission plan for my realtor to show my Vacant units was how I made it happen.

A few ideas:*paint is very cheap and has the best bang for buck there is...paint the place yourself; BUT, the goal is not to sell the place (its an "interesting" short-term rental); the goal is to catch the eye of a customer on a web portal...so don't be boring!
