The attorney said that unless the police are called there regularly or the house is burning down, I can't do anything, and that once the governor added the 60 day notice clause to the eviction moratorium as a way for landlords to get people out, by selling or moving into the property with proper 60 day notice, she said she had an INFLUX of investors like me who called her telling her they don't want to be a landlord in California or Washington anymore and to liquidate their portfolio, beginning with sending the proper notice to the tenants.I'm right there with him.

Just a few of the events I mean are - 1) a few years ago HUD investigate the Housing Authority and found over $1M of HUD money intended for recipient holders in the Housing Authorities bank account; 2) the city manager was just forced to resign; 3) the city attorney was just fired; 4) the last police chief was fired and the current police chief is currently suspended; 5) the fired city attorney is currently suing the mayor; 5) the police force is so short staffed I just read that they only have 19 officers on patrol at night in the entire city.You didn’t list my favorite city to invest in - Norfolk.
