Needless to say I would be more than happy to help you in anyway that I can while being in Denver, obviously if you can find someone in NC that would be more ideal and you won't hurt my feelings if you don't want help from a stranger on the other side of the country. 

Needless to say we denied the maintenance request, they did not pay and we evicted. 

Needless to say I was in a slump...however, I decided I may just become a real estate agent to get my mind refocused while tried to rebuild credit or finding a partner.

The primary reason for asking about the book is because I am on a very tight budget since I am in college and I do not want to needlessly spend money, especially when there is the very real chance that I could save my money and just read through the forums on BP for free.

Needless to say, this is not all encompassing and you should still verify all the references, but you can get most of the info you need to do your due diligence. 

Needless to say, speed is the name of the game.To stay on top of it, I usually check 2xs a day, when I am in acquisitions mode.

Needless to say, it's brought me to deciding to invest in real estate amongst other vehicles.For the past couple of months I have been studying real estate investing closely and I see it as an opportunity to becoming financially free someday.
