The market is a little rough but the gems are out there.

In fact, to make money you need to be looking for properties that are not up to standard, that need work and won't pass inspection because these properties are the gems that cannot usually can't be sold retail.

Cincinnati is a hidden gem of a market and one that I believe still has a plentiful amount of opportunities. 

I'd say you can find deals if you're looking in hidden gem areas of smaller towns like mine.One thing I will add though so people don't think I'm suggesting I'm some great negotiator.
