Nine times out of ten, the tenant won't pay, and you will be awarded a Judgment from the court via the Eviction Process and in some courts be awarded a money judgment (depending on your state law) at that time. 

She can report you to the IRS, but no court would award her anything because you didn't report income.The fact she moved out 6 months ago is irrelevant.

Anyway, she is divorced and showed me a decree awarding her $20,000+/month for 15 years as alimony.

Yep, that's the insurance business.They also have the awards programs, conferences, top sales persons, all the recognition of the insurance bunch.I'm guessing that those instructors are on video plays, then the personal contact of a student/guest is with the volunteer, now as I said, that volunteer could have sold cars or shoes 2 years ago and who knows their level of qualification.
