Unfortunately, that process takes a few months, but once you have that certificate then it is crystal clear for everybody that RC does not apply to your property.

I don't throw darts at a board, and the long-term crystal ball is really fuzzy right now...particularly with the outbreak of war.

Part 1, unless you are CRYSTAL clear on your criteria, it will be hard to find a realtor that does what you are looking for.

I believe you need to get crystal clear on your goals and why you are investing.

Unless you have a Crystal ball or a super strong feeling you are riding from near the bottom... but you better be prepared for a bumpy ride.

The market is going to do what the market is going to do, regardless of projections and crystal ball guessing.

No one has a crystal ball but if you buy right and manage right over time you’ll do well.

I don't like wasting my time working at screening difficult applicants.If you rent to someone self employed make it crystal clear that late payment will not be tolerated.
