Can anyone from the Chicago land area reccomend me a friendly investor title company familiar with working with wholesalers and doing 2 closings in one escrow ? Please and Thank You

When you say 2 closingns in one escrow I assume you mean a double closing.  I recommend Adler & Herback of northsidelegal services. Ask for Uri Adler.
