In the spirit of embracing community, I wanted to see if anyone is interested in helping our small-but-mighty team stuff some swag bags Saturday afternoon at The Sheraton!

Most people want their own spaces, but I feel like younger people; especially women, like knowing someone else is home and offers a bit of safety.

Down the road I also hope to start a nonprofit that offers women domestic violence victims, who might not otherwise qualify (like me), flexible rentals in single family or small multi-family homes in decent areas, as well as education in real estate investing, paths to ownership of these (or other) homes, and the ability/knowledge to start building personal wealth.

Big burly guys that drive jacked up 4x4s, they have neck tats and chew tobacco in their sleep, they are loose with their money around loose women. 

I shared a picture of me on Facebook in front of the property with captivating text and embraced the never ending likes and comments.What my non real estate investing friends see: Wow Spencer is really killing it.

Embrace creative thinking and remain adaptable.

Both women were separately in my office in tears.The most recent was a knucklehead who was weeks late in ordering the appraisal. 

Noelle is a smart women, if she can pull this and bring us up with her I'm in.

With such a need across the US for affordable housing (not to mention the benefit for the property owner of having a cash generating unit if they want or need to house hack) I hope to see more states embracing this model!

Embracing the philosophy of getting in the game, making well-informed moves, and learning from each investment is the key to success.
