Places like Florida for example are on the top of the scale when it comes to VRBO/AIRBNB so its a self-managed property.You can always find a solid and trustworthy handman/woman and figure out a pay by the hour type of agreement for the minor things. $200K and under will still yield you a great STR/LTR as a stepping stone until you can pull some equity out and buy another.
